Registration: Cancellation Policy

The 2006 NSS Convention Registration Fee Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel on June 15, 2006 or before:

100% of your registration fees will be refunded. 100% of your tangible goods ordered (guidebooks, t-shirts, patches, pins, etc.) will be refunded.  Dorm fees will be refunded 100%.

If you cancel from June 16 through July 14, 2006:

75% of your registration fees will be refunded. No refund for tangible goods ordered (guidebooks, t-shirts, patches, pins, etc.). You will be mailed these items. A shipping/processing fee of $5 per person will apply to all goods sent, which will be subtracted from your refund.  75% of dorm fees will be refunded.

If you cancel July 15, 2006 and after:

IMPORTANT: No dorm fees (including linen charges) will be refundable 7/15/06 or after.

25% of your registration fees will be refunded. No refund for tangible goods ordered (guidebooks, t-shirts, patches, pins, etc.). You will be mailed these items. A shipping/processing fee of $5 per person will apply to all goods sent, which will be subtracted from your refund.
