Historical weather data for Bellingham shows that the climate for the first week in August is very stable. Average highs in the mid 70’s, average lows in the mid 50’s, record highs in the mid 80’s, and record lows in the mid 40’s.  Only 1.25” of rain on average for the entire month of August and a one time record downpour of 1.5 inches in one day during the first week of August. It will make an ideal location and time of year to have the NSS Convention.
